Division of Water Rights - Water Resource Control Engineer California State Water Resources Control Board Employee Review

I just started working for the Division of Water Rights a few months ago. So far, I'm very impressed by the friendly, upbeat, and productive work environment. There's always something to do but never are we overburdened or overwhelmed with deadlines. There are a lot of young people who like to have fun outside of work as well. Most importantly, the work we perform is meaningful and we are on the verge of a paradigm shift when it comes to measuring diversions and enforcing water rights.
