Redding Office Micromanagement - Water Resource Control Engineer California State Water Resources Control Board Employee Review

Micromanagement coming from the top down, they don't value their employees, and make people's work more difficult. I was asked to lie to a discharger, not sure that's appropriate for a state regulator. Communication doesn't exist, management doesn't trust staff to accomplish tasks they were hired to do, too much ego coming from management who doesn't care about water quality.
