Some employees get away with being really lazy. But nice managers don’t hold these staff accountable because they do what they’re asked and nothing more. They Passed racial equity and inclusion but water rights projects are still letting old outdated laws continue to create decisions in wealth between haves and haves nots because people in government are influenced by people with the money that have those water rights so they do nothing for the poor communities of color and migrant farm workers. It’s corrupt and needs to be revamped in the interest of the people of California. It was for show.
