As an individual wanting to continually improve, the level of support and criticism from supervisors and colleagues is top-notch. Anyone looking for a challenge, aimed towards maintaining a composed self being, should look to this industry and specifically with CUSP.

Cons

There were long hours and tiresome sessions with clients, that at times, I felt trapped.
