Pros
Training is top notch . You are prepared to go into the field as an RBT. If you want to advance your career in ABA, this company could be a great choice. You need to communicate that moving up is a priority from day one, and act like it. I worked under two of the most professional and knowledgeable BCBA supervisors, and am forever grateful for their mentorship. I also met and connected very closely with a few kiddos and their families. There is room for promotion (but not much of a pay difference).
Cons
-Pay not based on skill level-it’s a set amount. Drive time pay is less than hourly rate... -Main office staff is disconnected from the reality of the field, very stand-offish. -Scheduling needs a re-vamp.
