Pros
My experience with Cusp, the ABA company, has been impressive overall. Their team of RBTs and BCBA demonstrates great understanding of ABA principles. Cusp's personalized approach to care and commitment to transparent communication create a supportive environment, and their empathetic staff is warm and friendly. BCBAs were very helpful when I had issues with clients and were always around at least once a week. Also easy to move up in the company, around every 3 months you would get a promotion as long as you were doing everything correctly.
Cons
Drawback is Cusp's limited geographic coverage. Sometimes I would have to drive to certain clients and it was not too easy with traffic. But overall I never had to drive long distances.
