I have worked for CUSP for over 17 years. I chose this company to work for because I loved the opportunities it provided for growth for employees along with the vision for working with individuals with disabilities. I love working for an agency that strives to provide the best quality ABA treatment to individuals to all clients we serve. I really enjoy the family- like culture CUSP has. They have a cohesive team both clinically and administratively working together to ensure our clients are receiving the best treatment. The supportive administrative staff listens to concerns of the direct care staff (e.g., drive time, teams) and assists in resolving any issues. The BCBAs provide quality support to clients, and RBTs providing direct treatment. I love the initial training CUSP provides to incoming employees and of course, the ongoing training that continues once they become an RBT.
Cons
Working w/ individuals with disabilities can have its own set of challenges. However, the clinical and administrative staff are there to provide support.
