We got a lot of training before going out into the field. We also had a mentor for support, and there are plenty of other technicians and supervisors that are always willing to answer questions. Everyone has been friendly, informative and very supportive. This has been a great first job as an RBT especially because they gave me an opportunity without having a lot of prior experience.

Cons

It can be a little nerve wracking when starting to go out in the field, but you are never alone because the supervisors and seniors are always there to ask questions and provide support during training. Some of the modules can be long, but they also do practice role play trainings to implement what we learn on the modules.
