The camaraderie among colleagues made the stressful days a bit more bearable.

Cons

The constant pressure was ridiculous. As a former AR Caller, the unrealistic expectations and excessive workload from upper management made every day an exhausting grind. There was no understanding of work-life balance, and the lack of support or empathy from higher-ups was disheartening. It seemed like all they cared about were the numbers, not the people behind them. The communication from upper management was poor, and their decisions often made our jobs harder. It felt like we were set up to fail.

The office had a decent location with good amenities.

Cons

The job was consistently agonizing due to overcommitting on projects and a lack of support from the manager. The work environment was often crappy, making it hard stay motivated and productive. The constant struggle to manage unrealistic expectations set by the manager led to a stressful and draining experience.
