Thank you for posting a review. I'm troubled to read that your experience of Cambia is "cutthroat," as that is not in keeping with our culture. We aspire to achieve results for our members while being trustworthy, inclusive, courageous and innovative. With the turmoil in our industry now, we are all digging deep to be courageous and transform into a stronger, sustainable enterprise that exceeds the needs of our members across our growing geographic footprint. All that being said, however, I appreciate your concerns. If you have specific feedback that you would like to share with me directly, please reach out. Pros

Some of the smartest bright-minded people in IT work there, or used to. Decent pay and benefits.

Cons

The company appears to be in a constant state of reorganization, creating ongoing uncertainty about job security and contributing to low employee morale. This lack of stability has led to confusion, shifting priorities, and an overall lack of focus, which is reflected in the high turnover currently seen within the IT organization. This is especially disappointing because the company was once known for attracting and retaining IT professionals who built long, successful careers there. Leadership appears to lack a clear, unified vision, and that disconnect starts at the highest levels of the organization. Compared with the previous CEO, who despite his shortcomings was widely respected and viewed as an approachable leader, the current leadership feels much more removed from employees. There was once a stronger sense that executives understood and were connected to the day-to-day experiences of the workforce. Today, that connection feels significantly diminished, leaving many employees with the impression of a growing divide between the C-suite and the people doing the work. Honestly, it's quite sad what has happened to Cambia.
