Significant leadership instability. Shortly after I joined, the manager I reported to was terminated, leaving a difficult transition and little clear direction. A large volume of tenant files were non-compliant and required extensive auditing and correction, suggesting long-standing oversight issues. Expectations were unclear, and support from upper management was limited while dealing with complex compliance work. Communication about role stability and career path was inconsistent. Responsibilities initially suggested a path toward management, but the company later hired an external candidate and indicated my position was not budgeted to continue. The role was eliminated shortly afterward, raising concerns about workforce planning and transparency.
