Pros
The diversity of job duties, very interactive , ability to be creative, they attempt to promote from within, and landscaping is usually very well maintained.
Cons
Unprofessional company who's upper management is more interested in gossip, in addition they put up a facade that you ought to look out for... They are clowns with pea sized brains and fogged up bifocals. They have outdated everything, low comp(don't ever expect or even hope for a raise), insurance provided is terrible, their vendors are horrible, and everything they purchase is extremely low quality.
