All management above the store level are liars and they are taught to be that way from the very top. Tell you want you want to hear, mislead you and use you until it is no longer in their benifit, and then find a terrible excuse to cut ties. I had 7 different regional managers in less than 9 years. Close to 9 years with a company with no write ups or disciplinary action, and they let me go because some thiefs broke into our facility. No loyalty whatsoever. No appreciation. They do not care about their people, no matter how much they say they do.
