Pros
Company is performing well vs competitors in this market. Pushing innovation in their market.
Cons
The majority of the leadership team have no significant experience outside of the company and have no appetite for outside ideas. They work employees long hours and are very quick to fire people, especially those that push back. If you disagree with management, you're best to keep it to yourself. Otherwise, expect to be out the door within a month. I saw more people fired in 1 year here than in 10+ years at other companies I've worked at combined. The leadership teams just completely lacks empathy to the point where it is jaw dropping how heartless and cutthroat they can be. If you're early career, haven't seen how a professional company should operate, and want to grind long hours to get promoted, then it might be okay for you. But if you've worked at any respectable company before coming here, you will be blown away how a company of this size can be such a mess and how they've gotten as far as they have with such poor leadership.
