Pros
CBPS is committed to diversity and inclusion and strives to make the workplace environment a positive one. The management team is supportive and understanding. CBPS is senior-friendly because I am an older worker and nearing retirement age. They treat older workers with dignity and respect. I can't say that for most of the other companies that I have worked for. CBPS has a top-notch in-house training department and emphasizes continued self-improvement and learning.
Cons
CBPS does not pay a living wage or even a competitive wage for my geographical location which is a medium-sized progressive metropolitan area. Raises, if you are fortunate enough to receive one, are minuscule at best. Parking may not be included in your compensation if you are a site employee at a particular location but field support reps can receive reimbursement for parking if you are called in to cover for someone that is absent. There's little to no room for advancement.
