Great technology and nothing else

Cons

-your coworkers are great, when you need help, but management is never there for you. Any problems that come up with them, they blame others. HR is only there for the company and throw you to the wind while pretending to be there for you. They only care about management and rat you out at the first opportunity.

Pros

Everyone is genuinely nice and cares about their jobs. Nice offices, and big corporate backing. Can't really say that the experience was negative but for high acheivers/ ambitious people probably not what you're looking for.

Cons

A ton of bueracracy, there are some many layers of approval that even the simplest things take months to get done. They never take any risks and ideas are very top down. Slow career progression and mediocre salary. Only way to progress is to hope someone in the same position retires or leaves.
