Great leave benefits Quick response to questions/issues Really support staff during interview phases when meeting with potential contract employers

Cons

None really. The reason for leaving after three years was the desire for more income buts it’s hard when under a government contract cause each role already has a set salary.

Pros

If you love Foreign Military Sales and need an Entry Point. Program Manager and Company do try to do the best they can and offer solid benefits.

Cons

Biggest issue is the disconnect with the USG and it is a trend I have begun to notice with many companies that are really body shops looking for a body to fill a slot. Leaders do the best they can but the vetting process can be challenging with the need to fill positions.
