      Pros

      The people are great there. It felt like a family to me. Management cared about me as a person, which made me want to give it my all. I loved the community involvement there.

      Cons

      They were still working through some of the effects of a computer conversion, but they seemed like they were turning a corner when I left.

      Very welcoming company starting with the onboarding process. Very impressed by their social awareness and appreciation. Very progressive company overall.

      Cons

      Remote work is not an option. Lack of advancement within the department.
