Steer Clear - Anonymous employee Capital Credit Union Employee Review

In the time that I have been there, the credit union has not promoted a single person within a corporate department to a supervisory position. That is not hyperbole. They hire externally or one of the branch managers who have no real relevant experience but have supervisory. There is no potential for advancement. This is might be fine if they paid well instead, but they don't. Also more recently the management team has adopted a micromanagement mentality.
