      Enjoyed the job duties. Tom Young is a great CEO/President.

      Cons

      They don't know who they're hiring. My branch manager, teller supervisor, and lead teller were all undertrained and poor leaders.

      Very welcoming company starting with the onboarding process. Very impressed by their social awareness and appreciation. Very progressive company overall.

      Cons

      Remote work is not an option. Lack of advancement within the department.
