Small shop No one smarter than you in front of you to hold you back They run this place like a beachfront hotdog stand, so it’s pretty unprofessional. Honestly though, I guess it COULD have been worse.

Cons

Small shop No one smarter than you in front of you. Systems are not great and team is not motivated by Nelson Nelson is a guy that acts like he knows the industry, but was married into the position with no prior experience and it shows. Rob is the only guy there with any knowledge on the inside. With the economy in SF where it is, I can’t see them

Benefits, flexible schedule, people/cultlure, office space and amentities. All departments, operations, purchasing, finance, hr and marketing are really supportive.

Cons

No real negative feedback. It's great place to work and grow. Those that are not up to the challenge will have challenges.
