Pros
The company does a really good job of taking care of it's employees. They want you to have good healthcare benefits and take your PTO. There's a wellness program that financially reimburses you for taking good care of yourself. Sometimes, they'll even have the entire company take half the day off to do something fun. Bottom line: the company firmly understands that the well-being of it's staff is critical to it's success.
Cons
Lots of people are having a really tough time across all departments. If you take a job here, there will be some weeks in which you are absolutely miserable. The key is to remember that you should not take your hardship in the workplace personally and keep good faith with your coworkers. Also, keep in mind that people in management are working to address and improve the situation.
