Cons
Management Lacks basic human decency to say the least. They have no idea how to run a proper IT department and keep promoting 23 year old college graduates who know nothing about anything into major leadership rolls. Many of the managers and associate managers have a hands off approach with managing and only get involved once something blows up and becomes a big deal even if they had been warned about the problem before hand. Management hands young interns big projects or management titles when they don’t have enough experience or knowledge to do the job properly instead of looking at employees who consistently deliver and promote them. Management would rather have the worker bees stay the worker bees so they can spend more time not doing anything as they watch their employees work 50-60 hours a week and provide little to no comp time. The executives will decide on one project for us to work on and then six months down the line when we’re ready to get Business Approval, they pull it cause “industry standards have changed”. They would much rather us push out bad items that aren’t properly configured to show they’re achieving milestones than actually do the project right the first time. I can go on and on. This place is only worth your time if you’re using it for a short term stepping stone. Everyone thought the buy out would change the company, but instead, they’re only inhibiting the managers bad habits.
