Hold off on a job here until they steady themselves - Manager Capital Insurance Group Employee Review

This company is going to have some major changes and if you are looking for a job, I would suggest holding off until they make them, otherwise, you could wind up in a position that you didn't agree to. The leadership is telling employees that they are trying to fix things but it is a very slow process if it is happening. Auto-Owners who bought them are probably going to have to make changes to save the company and start making money. Praying for my old coworkers that everything works out ok for them!
