Pros
I have been with CIG for a few years now and have to say I don't have a job here I have a career. I have been provided training, development and opportunity. Of recent I have become part of the leadership team and it has been a very positive experience. I am a woman that is treated fairly, has been offered growth and proud to work with the organization. I have seen HR become a far better team then we have had in years, our new Executive team seems to want improve our culture and Andy Doll new CEO is a totally cool human and far better then our previous CEO. I can actually talk to him and feel like a person being valued and listened too vs. just another number waiting their turn.
Cons
There are a couple Executives that maybe should move on since they continue to act like the old regime. As though they are better and smarter then everyone else., they are good a pretending when need be, but the real person tends to show back up and it can be painful for employees. BUT this is not the whole team and I do believe this is getting better and the new CEO will fix this too.
