Leadership has a clear vision of the future, and involves you in the decision-making process. The CEO Andy Doll cares about each employee and gets to know you. While other smaller Insurance Companies are struggling, CIG has a strong handle on the market and is stable. The work life balance is also great with a standard M-F 8-5 work schedule and no mandatory weekends.
