CREC is more interested in packaging than content. Upper management is more interested in employees blindly following directives than in new ideas. No planning or thoughtfulness before actions are taken on a million different initiatives. Totally dysfunctional culture with lots of people with informal authority that outranks their actual titles and responsibility. Two management tracks, one based on favoritism and the other in actual work. Competitive and undermining behavior is encouraged between divisions and individuals.
