Toxic environment with poor leadership and communication - Warehouse Worker Capstone Logistics Employee Review

Team leads consistently overcomplicate every decision. You will be working with a bunch of over-aged children. Everyone plays favorites and if youre not a favorite you will be ignored. They dont care to retain employees and would be happier just hiring new people on. There is little to no training on each position. Everyone Including leads is more happy to treat each shift like it is a social hour rather than actually working. Those who do work the entire shift are going to be "told off" or complained about for choosing to sit for 5 minutes. People are made leads with no experience or ability to lead anything. People refuse to fully do the job they have been assigned. There is zero proper communication between team leads and management. You'll be told that there is a flexible schedule only to find out that there is not a flexible schedule. One team lead will say something then management will say that you cant do that (a return to zero communication between leads and management)
