Pros
- Growing at a very quick and steady pace - The C-levels are very talented and have their heads screwed on right, they definitely know what they're doing - Projects have plenty enough exposure to give you a solid sense of impact but not too big to where you feel like your mistakes are fatal to the company/product and you're left to fend for yourself - Management is some of the best yet, very understanding but also helps drive the team towards reachable goals - WFH doesn't seem to be going anywhere; future hybrid environment looks bright - The culture is genuinely evolving and maturing, great teamwork all around - Very healthy WLB, unlimited PTO (which isn't abused in either direction) - Some legendary folks here, collectively a well-seasoned team with some great stories - Paid-for occasional team lunches, great holiday parties and games (even while remote) - Still early enough to get in on the ground floor (while you still can)
Cons
- The perks/charms of tiny startup culture (e.g. making massive impact, knowing every single person in the company) are fading due to how quickly CIQ is growing... - Working with coworkers located all around the globe can require some getting-used-to, but the breadth of talent is well worth it - Since we're all WFH, no daily in-office lunches that are fully paid-for (this is rare anywhere you go)
