Definitely takes a little getting used to having such a dispersed work force (we're talking MAJOR time zone differences here), but I love that so much consideration is given to working the hours that best fit your working style. *Incredibly focused on attracting, supporting, and retaining diverse employees, rather than just offering lip-service to diversity. *Tons of transparency from leadership and all levels of the company. *Lots of opportunity to make an impact!
