Strong, accessible leadership, I feel fully supported from my direct manager up through the co-founders. CaptivateIQ is a clear leader in a crowded space and continues to differentiate. Inbound lead flow is better than most, and territories are large with lots of opportunity to hunt. Active ERGs have helped me connect across the org in meaningful ways.
Cons
This year’s comp plan was a slight step back, and quotas feel loosely grounded — more dartboard than data. There’s a lot of energy around building new products, but the flagship product that drives most of our revenue still has room for refinement. The org has a history of disruption that still lingers, and alignment between Sales and CS could be stronger. Implementing CaptivateIQ takes longer than most competing solutions.
