Nothing significant, old culture was highly appreciated by employees. Recent changes overwhelm associates...can't think of anything else. Fake employee reviews contribute to high confidence level with Management.

Consuming energy on useless and overwhelming training to sell a used car. Circle of "Good Old Boys" in every store who control everyone's destiny. If you are not in their entourage your career is in jeopardy. Long hours, no quality of life, have to feel guilty if asking for time away. It is just a matter of time before Union representation. Compass survey participation reflects fear of retaliation. Retaliation is very much alive at Carmax, especially at Boynton Beach, FL...also it is the store with the highest turnover. What is the reason? The company posts record profits but the stock loses value. Why is Tom Foliard leaving? For the same reason Austin Ligon left. Beware...
