Pros
Solid comp and benefits - merged benefits from their parent companies so you get the best of both worlds between GE and MSFT. Good interaction with their customer base. Need to keep tapping that and make sure that the solutions stay generic for the rest of health care market. The products they are working on is really ground breaking and can make a huge difference on the data that is in the hands of care workers, truly enabling them to improve the way that they care for their patients. Start-up mentality so always kept busy.
Cons
Had a need to meet contractual commitments made by either GE or MSFT prior to spinning off the Joint Venture. This caused some serious date driven releases which were pretty taxing on the team. Seems like these are finally winding down so direction can be done on what is best for improvement of the product. Really need to make sure to schedule appropriately going forward.
