      Pros

      Clinic open m-f 7:30-4:30. The team sets up meaningful outings to get to know each other outside of work

      Cons

      Facility’s do not have working heating and cooling. Kids and staff don’t receive required supervision. They also pick favorites not based on performance and they treat anyone who isn’t a favorite like trash. Also they won’t provide material needed for the children

      Pros

      Working with the kids and seeing them grow, opportunities for personal growth, accepting and generally welcoming environment with staff, focus on diversity with staff and world cultures/religion/etc.

      Cons

      low pay, terrible management/exec culture, inconsistent hours, and putting profit in front of the clients and kids welfare- i.e. letting us have one (1) toilet for several clients for a day or letting us work without wifi, low ability to gain advancements
