      Rewarding work, good company culture, strong coworker community

      Cons

      Unsteady hours, bad benefits and wage, poor management, quick fixes lead to unsafe work environments, make you “earn” the toys they bring into the clinic instead of buying them(you need them to do your job)

      Working with the kids and seeing them grow, opportunities for personal growth, accepting and generally welcoming environment with staff, focus on diversity with staff and world cultures/religion/etc.

      Cons

      low pay, terrible management/exec culture, inconsistent hours, and putting profit in front of the clients and kids welfare- i.e. letting us have one (1) toilet for several clients for a day or letting us work without wifi, low ability to gain advancements
