      Every member of the clinical staff and above is incredibly caring, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful! Never have I felt like peers weren’t always striving to do their absolute best

      Significantly lower travel compensation than national average, heavy wear and tear to personal vehicle from travel, long travel distance, inconsistent schedule, long days, expected workload is increasing each quarter, none of the behavior technician staff are RBTs

      Working with the kids and seeing them grow, opportunities for personal growth, accepting and generally welcoming environment with staff, focus on diversity with staff and world cultures/religion/etc.

      Cons

      low pay, terrible management/exec culture, inconsistent hours, and putting profit in front of the clients and kids welfare- i.e. letting us have one (1) toilet for several clients for a day or letting us work without wifi, low ability to gain advancements
