Pros

We have Central Reach Learn. My clinic director is amazing. You can tell she cares deeply about staff and clients and does everything she can to support us as human beings but also as human beings delivering responsible for delivery high quality treatment to clients.

Cons

The focus is too much on billables.

- Consistent opportunities for growth - Willing to help you get RBT certified quickly - Willing to hire pretty much anyone (see cons too)

Cons

- Extremely high turnover and burnout rate - Unspoken expectation to 'just tough it out' or leave - Poor management at the time (and high turnover of management/BCBAs too) - Constant drama/'tea' between employees - Numerous firings due to employees abusing clients or constantly calling in 'sick' and messing up everybody else's schedules for the day
