Pros

After working at several other ABA companies, I can say that this company truly cares about it's clients and staff. They value clinical excellence and are putting so many amazing things in place to help Caravel grow to be a leader in the field of Autism services.

Cons

While the company is moving in the right direction, pacing of initiative roll out has been a little overwhelming.

- Consistent opportunities for growth - Willing to help you get RBT certified quickly - Willing to hire pretty much anyone (see cons too)

Cons

- Extremely high turnover and burnout rate - Unspoken expectation to 'just tough it out' or leave - Poor management at the time (and high turnover of management/BCBAs too) - Constant drama/'tea' between employees - Numerous firings due to employees abusing clients or constantly calling in 'sick' and messing up everybody else's schedules for the day
