Pros

The culture and environment, coworkers, clients, and training process are better than you could imagine. Everyone is communicative and passionate

Cons

Without a car this job is almost impossible. Transportation between clients is paid for but the time traveled to client homes that are sometimes very far away is inconvenient and not acknowledged.

- Consistent opportunities for growth - Willing to help you get RBT certified quickly - Willing to hire pretty much anyone (see cons too)

Cons

- Extremely high turnover and burnout rate - Unspoken expectation to 'just tough it out' or leave - Poor management at the time (and high turnover of management/BCBAs too) - Constant drama/'tea' between employees - Numerous firings due to employees abusing clients or constantly calling in 'sick' and messing up everybody else's schedules for the day
