Pros

-Provided with adequate training modules - the clients and their families were great - Pay was ok, and benefits were offered but only to full time employees after a year

Cons

- Management lacked clear communication, and sometimes were misleading - pay only offered for drive time between client sessions( aka if you had one client in one day 30+ min away, no drive time reimbursement. - Very hard to keep hours ( I originally was told I would have 25-29 hrs / week, that dropped to 23.25 hrs /week, which then dropped to under 15hrs/week. - Not able to repair or reassign BTs to better fit clients

- Consistent opportunities for growth - Willing to help you get RBT certified quickly - Willing to hire pretty much anyone (see cons too)

Cons

- Extremely high turnover and burnout rate - Unspoken expectation to 'just tough it out' or leave - Poor management at the time (and high turnover of management/BCBAs too) - Constant drama/'tea' between employees - Numerous firings due to employees abusing clients or constantly calling in 'sick' and messing up everybody else's schedules for the day
