Good benefits. Great seniors and leads to work under. Amazing Clients. Great opportunities to work your way up within the company.

Cons

Starting pay is low. You are working on the families/client's schedules so your sessions are often all over and there are big breaks throughout your days. scheduling is a nightmare.

- Consistent opportunities for growth - Willing to help you get RBT certified quickly - Willing to hire pretty much anyone (see cons too)

Cons

- Extremely high turnover and burnout rate - Unspoken expectation to 'just tough it out' or leave - Poor management at the time (and high turnover of management/BCBAs too) - Constant drama/'tea' between employees - Numerous firings due to employees abusing clients or constantly calling in 'sick' and messing up everybody else's schedules for the day
