      The coworkers are incredible, nice, and helpful. They were the best part of this job.

      Cons

      Lots of daycare work like diaper changing and feeding that I had no clue about going into this job, pay isn't what it should be. I negotiated up to $16/hour and what I was doing made me feel I should have been making AT LEAST $20/hour. I got sick constantly from the kids and got written up with no warning after 3 sick days when the request off form says we are allowed 8 per quarter.

      - Consistent opportunities for growth - Willing to help you get RBT certified quickly - Willing to hire pretty much anyone (see cons too)

      Cons

      - Extremely high turnover and burnout rate - Unspoken expectation to 'just tough it out' or leave - Poor management at the time (and high turnover of management/BCBAs too) - Constant drama/'tea' between employees - Numerous firings due to employees abusing clients or constantly calling in 'sick' and messing up everybody else's schedules for the day
