      - Stress - this position can be stressful, you must be self-aware, know your boundaries, know when and how to request breaks, communicate those needs with leadership and they will move mountains to assist. - Illness - working with kids = viruses everywhere. Even with good sanitation policies you will get sick. You can opt to wear a mask, masks are provided. - Costly Insurance

      - Consistent opportunities for growth - Willing to help you get RBT certified quickly - Willing to hire pretty much anyone (see cons too)

      - Extremely high turnover and burnout rate - Unspoken expectation to 'just tough it out' or leave - Poor management at the time (and high turnover of management/BCBAs too) - Constant drama/'tea' between employees - Numerous firings due to employees abusing clients or constantly calling in 'sick' and messing up everybody else's schedules for the day
