Pros

good work culture, supportive coworkers, opportunities for growth (mine paid for me to get certified)

Cons

schedule may change last minute if clients cancel, not a huge deal though. Start times generally remain the same, things might just be moved around or you'll do paid admin time (cleaning, stocking, etc.) if it's really last minute.

- Consistent opportunities for growth - Willing to help you get RBT certified quickly - Willing to hire pretty much anyone (see cons too)

Cons

- Extremely high turnover and burnout rate - Unspoken expectation to 'just tough it out' or leave - Poor management at the time (and high turnover of management/BCBAs too) - Constant drama/'tea' between employees - Numerous firings due to employees abusing clients or constantly calling in 'sick' and messing up everybody else's schedules for the day
