      Pros

      It’s a tricky thing, to lead with compassion and boundaries and I see many of the Clinic Directors in my region do just that. They ensure full schedules for BTs and overall great quality care for clients.

      Cons

      No organization is perfect but I see so much good in this organization. A couple decades of experience provides that perspective.

      - Consistent opportunities for growth - Willing to help you get RBT certified quickly - Willing to hire pretty much anyone (see cons too)

      Cons

      - Extremely high turnover and burnout rate - Unspoken expectation to 'just tough it out' or leave - Poor management at the time (and high turnover of management/BCBAs too) - Constant drama/'tea' between employees - Numerous firings due to employees abusing clients or constantly calling in 'sick' and messing up everybody else's schedules for the day
