      Pros

      Good people to work with, paid training, could always ask questions, and management understood when you were sick and you wouldn't get docked at all.

      Cons

      Pay didn't match the work. When I voiced concerns about something, nothing changed, and I kept being placed where I didn't feel comfortable. Safety training didn't prepare me for a lot of scenarios.

      - Consistent opportunities for growth - Willing to help you get RBT certified quickly - Willing to hire pretty much anyone (see cons too)

      Cons

      - Extremely high turnover and burnout rate - Unspoken expectation to 'just tough it out' or leave - Poor management at the time (and high turnover of management/BCBAs too) - Constant drama/'tea' between employees - Numerous firings due to employees abusing clients or constantly calling in 'sick' and messing up everybody else's schedules for the day
