Pros

Excellent open door management style, lots of inter-office communication. Thorough group training that continues on a weekly basis with lots of tidbits to make things easier.

Cons

Warehouse stock/software issues were not infrequent, some field reps were a lot to handle on the phone.

Pros

Excellent compensation & benefits package. Pension plan that is unheard of nowadays. Opportunity to work on challenging/complex projects and develop relationships with industry leaders. Working at Carboline has elevated my career tremendously.

Cons

Carboline is not for the faint of heart. We hire the best and give them the support and freedom to put their skills to work. I’ve recruited friends to work here because I strongly believe in the people and products that make Carboline who we are.

Management was fair, pay could have been better

Cons

Overtime opportunities are limited. Additionally, if you leave after providing two weeks' notice, you will not receive pay for all hours worked.
