They’ll be able to shed light on the areas that you feel aren’t communicated enough and/or can answer questions about pay and benefits. We also encourage you to pose questions during the “Ask Patrick Anything” sessions. As far as your feedback goes, 2017 was an exciting time of change for the organization. Of course, change means challenges and adapting. The things we invested in had a goal to empower our teams and create better collaboration.
