Pros

The people who work here are very committed to the company.

Cons

Benefits are not good - insurance is expensive. No company match on the 401(k). "Unlimited" vacation is simply a way for the company to not have an accrued vacation liability. It seems that the company may have lost direction. R&D no longer exists. Several high level executives in charge of the company's strategy have left as well as executives on the product side. This is a "drink the Kool-Aid" culture. If that is for you you'll thrive here. If you are not a joiner or impressed by swag and festive company meetings, this might not be the place for you.

Pros

Remote work from home, competitive pay

Cons

terrible culture, lack of vision or leadership, no regard for employees - we've entered the era of "right-sizing" and restructuring, which pretty much means this will be a terrible place to work for at least a few years.

Pros

There are some really cool people here. The technology is the best. There are also perks if you work in the corporate office like snacks, bagels every Monday, access to a gym, etc.

Cons

When I started there was an exciting energy at Cb which has drastically changed over the past year. Pay and benefits are seriously lacking. Processes are sloppy and inconsistent. The company caters much more towards young employees vs offering appropriate growth or promotions to people that have been in their career for a while (I'm assuming this correlates with the pay/benefits). Communication is awful -

Thank you for your review. We appreciate the feedback you’ve left us and would like the opportunity to address them more directly. If you haven’t already contacted your HR Business Partner, we encourage you to do so. They’ll be able to shed light on the areas that you feel aren’t communicated enough and/or can answer questions about pay and benefits. We also encourage you to pose questions during the “Ask Patrick Anything” sessions. As far as your feedback goes, 2017 was an exciting time of change for the organization. Of course, change means challenges and adapting. The things we invested in had a goal to empower our teams and create better collaboration. We assure you that behind the scenes we’re constantly working to scale our organization and make it a good work environment as we grow and change.
