Pros
Before I started here, I had heard great things about the culture and environment, but I wasn't quite sure if I would have the same experience. I am glad to say that CardWorks has far exceeded my expectations. My team is awesome and was so supportive and helpful of me as a new employee. My leadership holds me to a high standard in a way that pushes me to grow without being impossibly demanding. They have given me opportunity to be involved in work that is meaningful and interesting to me, and I can truly say that I really enjoy coming to work each day because of this. the company is also growing, which makes me feel that there are opportunities for employees to do so much more in our careers in the future.
Cons
No real cons. Sometimes, things can get very busy, but my team and management is great at working together to handle everything.
